My celiac wife and I spent an enchanting time in the company of Irene and the very nice collaborator Erica. Silent air-conditioned room, immersed in the owner's beautiful vineyards. Spacious and comfortable bathroom. The strong point are the delicious organically produced wines and the GLUTEN-FREE cuisine
Irene always prepared new gluten free dishes which delighted my celiac wife and surprised me with their goodness. Varied and abundant breakfasts (also surrounded by jams produced on the farm and with the possibility of having the opportunity to taste gluten free products)
The company of the owner and her collaborator is always pleasant and non-intrusive. Upon departure we couldn't help but load the trunk of the car with cabernet, merlot, ribolla and the exceptional "bolle briganti" sparkling wine......among other things, the location of the farmhouse near Cividale allowed us to visit the entire beautiful Friuli Venezia Giulia far and wide.
