We were driving through Laramie and looked up this place, it got good reviews and said the gluten free wings were great. We also knew that Triple D with Guy Fieri went there and he loved it. We did not have that experience. It was busy when we got there at 4:30, so it’s a very popular place. My husband ordered the regular wings with a dry rub and honey BBQ sauce. I had the gluten free honey BBQ. Both were so over cooked the meat was dry, beyond crispy and a burned flavor. I got sick from getting “glutened” and was miserable all night. The atmosphere was great and the service was fantastic, just sad the food was bad…

I was pleased that Born Im A Barn offers a grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten-free bun so I could eat here. But, the chicken wings were undercooked, so we had to return them. They did, however, not charge us for them. I do feel that if wings are the house specialty, they should always be served at the highest quality.

I saw another review claiming that this place had gluten free wings. This review was inaccurate as they only have one fryer that has cross contact with other breaded products. I just wanted to clarify for any celiacs trying to find a place to eat in Laramie. The hostess was honest and friendly to answer my questions about food allergies. Sadly there aren’t really any gluten free options here or I’d give 5 stars
