We went in late on a Friday night. The place was about half full. First time at this location.
My wife has several allergies (gluten, dairy, soy, tree nuts, legumes, nightshades). When we went to check in, the manager talked with us for a solid 5 minutes at the front to ensure us that they could make just about anything there to our needs. I've been places and they promise this, and most fall short. So after getting the 47 page allergen menu (congrats on that), we made our order.
My wife's order was a burger with no bun, extra large lettuce leaves to replace the bun, with pickles, bacon, onion. The side was sweet potato fries that they cooked in a separate pan with pure olive oil; not in common fryer. The broccoli was steamed in a new clean pot. I had the fish & chips with the truffle fries and slaw. My son had the Italian brute sandwich.
When the food came out, it looked amazing, and what really put it above the rest, the single chef that prepare my wife's entire order came out to deliver it personally. He then explained every step used, which ingredients, etc. This is the level of service that is so rare today. Congrats on training your staff on how to handle these situations.
My wife now has an option when we go out to eat; thank you for that. We will be returning.
