Pizza restaurants in the US could really learn from Boston Pizza. This was our first visit to Boston Pizza and I couldn't believe how awesome the gluten free crust was. It was soft and tender. So much better than the cardboard GF pizzas in the US. Thank you!

We unfortunately had a very bad experience today at Memorial Ave location. Not the first time but we aren’t ones to complain so previously we didn’t give a review. Today we placed a $156+ order for pickup. We were short a gluten free pizza order. I called & explained we were missing a pizza. Instead of acknowledging maybe it was their mistake I had another female ( the second) “have you checked your bill; do you even have your bill”. Obviously before I called & I ensured I had placed the order correctly. Not great customer relations!
