You would think that the food at franchises would be the same. Boston Pizza's franchises vary. This one in Cobourg has been very consistent. Yesterday, they almost hit a home run. My wife's lunch was totally amazing. It was well prepared and served at the perfect temperature. My Jambalaya pasta could've been better. I am gluten free so my was not the great wheat taste. To top it off my pasta was undercooked. My biggest complaint was that the shrimp were small and very tough! The service was great. The restaurant was pretty quiet which made for a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back.
