Went today with my kids. My daughter and I are both celiac. First few mins in our seats, the manager, Callista, came to take our drink order and greet us. She then took our food order because we were ready fast. She warned us about cross contamination with the deep fryer.
Then Max, our server was absolutely amazing. Super friendly but not overwhelming. He was such a great server and really deserves recognition for the experience he provides his guests.
Eventually when our food came out (which was very quick), another guy, Avi, helped Max bring it out and he interacted with my kids. Max checked on us frequently and made sure we constantly had refills and were taken care of.
I have worked in restaurants most of my life and I can honestly say this was 100% the best customer service I have received in a restaurant. Couldn’t think of one thing for them to improve on. Very impressive service.
