Boston Pizza

We used to come here a little more frequently, but recently have notice a huge decline in service, and quality of food. Today was the 3rd time we have been where a meal had to be sent back, and removed from our bill. Despite maybe 6 groups in the restaurant, and 2 servers, service was slow, and zero sense of effort from the waitress. After receiving our food, one meal, the gluten free pasta was so undercooked, that it was non edible, and one kids meal, pasta was well, was watery, and cold.. our waitress was nowhere to be found, and we had to flag down someone else to get attention. This was not a staffing issue, as several other “managers” came by, but again all seemed to lack any sense of care for the situation. There where also several people just casually standing around.
