Food was average except for my wife's gluten free pizza which was horrible. Crust was dry, hard and bitter. Service was adequate, and it seemed cheeky when the bill came that a non-negotiable 15% gratuity was automatically added. Not sure if that information was provided somewhere ahead of ordering, but if so we did not see it. You could not opt out or lower the percentage, but of course YOU COULD add more gratuity if you wanted.

If you don't mind a loud busy place, the food is good. Located in the shopping area of Port Alberni so it's handy to a quick meal, especially if you call ahead of your having pizza. A large pizza, with 12 small slices feed 3 adults. The Royal Hawaiian looked delicious. A gluten-free meal, chicken club on a gluten free bin encrusted with melted cheddar was fantastic. Check the daily specials for meal deals. On a Thursday, we got a large pizza for the price of a medium.
