Kaitlin had such a lovely way to her that it made me feel at ease to eat at this location with my celiac disease

my wife and i decided to go after work and got a booth in the dinning room we sat down and the manager took our orders I'm normally not one to complain but my wife's chicken wings were not cooked the ribs she ordered and almost no honey garlic sauce on them they were also undercooked my pasta and chicken parm were overcooked i am not lying when i say the best thing on my plate was the garlic cheese toast as for the service it was UFC night and we sat in the dinning room just saying would have gotten more attention from the mcdonalds down the road at least there people would have acknowledged our existence the server who came to give us boxes and for us to pay seemed like his only goal was getting us the hell out at no point from sitting down to me eventually asking to talk to the manager did anyone ask us for our meal was or our experience however when i did ask for the manager he apologized and offered us free desert which we turned down as my wife is celiac and can't have most things (keep in mind at this point already paid the 85$ bill) as this was not about the money i talked to the manager and has a former manager in food service i understand things were busy for them but when most of my issues came from the kitchen and feeling like we were not important and sounded like they were making alot of excuses overall i would not say i won't be back because i will i live closer to the Boston pizza on Lansdowne street but come to the chemong one because the have a better history of getting our orders right but tonight was a massive failure on there part
