Able to accommodate my meals being celiac - very knowledgeable!

Food is typically good, the gluten free pizza crust is one of the best I have ever had!!! Today I had the tropical Hawaiian and it did not disappoint!! Service was good, I would have given a five star on food and service but my son's pepperoni pizza had a couple large onion slices baked into the bottom of the crust and if you have kids you know that ends dinner for them right there. When I brought this to the servers attention I did expect at least an offer to remake or an I am sorry, instead she was like oh ok well are you done with it?! Accidents happen but at least offer to remake or discount the bill even? Restaurant is always clean and very welcoming ! My daughter had the pecan chicken salad and again, never disappoints!!!

Went with a group and made reservations. They ran out of gluten free options and advised us that 20 minutes after orders were taken. Two kids in group age 3 and 4 but served adults first. Burnt 1 kids meal but served the other child his making the second child sit and watch. 30 minutes after request for coffee / pop refills we actually received. Talked to the manager Kerri and that was useless. Another table had been waiting for service and they finally got up, voiced their opinion at reception and left. Not a good afternoon for BP. I know i won't be coming back to the Sudbury operation.
