Boston Pizza

This is the best BP location for food quality and the service is much better than the other locations. They add alot of toppings and don't skimp on the cheese with their pizzas. The speed was quick even if it's busy and we noticed they were thoroughly cleaning each table for the next customer. Some of the best dishes other than the delicious pizza is the artichoke spinach dip, the nachos for appetizers. For sandwiches the Boston brute and if you can handle some spice order the Memphis Kickin Chicken Sandwich. A person we were dining with had a gluten allergy and they ordered their pizza with cauliflower crust and said it was really good. It is a great place for children and families to dine.

I came here for lunch and asked if I could do the buffalo chicken sandwich, which hasn’t been on the menu for a long time but I have been many times and ordered it and never had an issue. Right away, our server cut me off and said no we can’t do that, we don’t make anything off the menu anymore. I said Oh okay well I will just sub some items off of another sandwich, she said no we don’t do that either. I asked how come I couldn’t do any substitutions.. she said it creates too much confusion between management, the cooks and the servers. To clarify, I told her, all I wanted to do was toss the chicken in buffalo instead of memphis and change the bun to a different one. She said no we can’t change the bun, we only can change the sauce that the chicken is tossed in. I asked her to please ask management. She came back a few minutes later and said No sorry my manager says we cannot change the bun... Please someone clarify how come I can change my bun to a lettuce bun or a gluten wise bun but not to a different bun of my preference? Not impressed at all!!!
