Went in with wife. Staff amazing and considered my gluten free requirements (also help translate the soy sauce ingredients, it was gluten free).writing this 6 months after we visited, but I've just found the receipt and remembered how happy I was we popped in. Great Staff

The waitress was rude and dismissive. I was quite pregnant and can’t eat gluten, so I asked if I could get a shrimp tempura roll without the tempura. I also said i didn't want to eat raw seafood since I was pregnant. She said they could do the roll without the shrimp being tempura but what I was served had raw shrimp. I ate a few pieces before realizing, and the shrimp hadn’t even been deveined. When I brought it up, she got defensive and insisted it was safe instead of apologizing. Raw shrimp can carry harmful bacteria and parasites and should never be served without clear warning—especially to someone who’s pregnant. Very disappointing and unsafe experience.
