Consistently good gluten free cakes and quiche; range of salads include gf options.

The gf quiches are extraordinarily good and always sell out too soon. The gf cake range is fabulous. All baking is gluten free and all the food is vegetarian. For a reason I don't understand, there are always a couple of salads that contain gluten I never buy the salads is because they are not separated from the gluten free choices which is very high risk for a Coeliac. Also, the smallest salad serving is $14 and too much for a single person. The quiche will always bring me back as the base is the best GF treat in Brisbane. All flavours are fab: spinach and feta, mushroom, pumpkin and caramelised onion, and tomato and badil. $8.50 per piece and $34 for a whole rectangular quiche. Sadly, card only, no cash. Albion and Red Hill stores are usually easy to pop in to. It is often impossible to park anywhere near the Newstead store. This isn't a cafe so not really suitable for dine in and no hot drinks are available, only bottled water.
