Botanical Creperie by NHCC

My family and I enjoy coming here occasionally for weekend brunches or random occasions. I really like the atmosphere, it’s very cute. The plants are awesome, and the whole place has such a light fresh feel. It’s usually pretty busy but it never feels crowded. We generally enjoy the food we get here, they make some pretty good crepes. I really like that they have a gluten free option and it’s the same size as the regular crepes. I’ve never had a bad reaction after eating here so they must do a fairly decent job of avoiding cross contamination. I appreciate that they haven’t messed my order up and given me a regular crepe when I asked for gluten-free. I do wish they had a few more gluten-free options, like maybe bread for breakfast sandwiches. The menu isn’t very big, but I’ve tried a few different things here and they’re all pretty good. Their coffee isn’t exceptional. I’ll be honest I’m pretty spoiled in Lancaster county with some darn good coffee shops, and for New Holland, it’s probably good coffee. I’m just not impressed by it though. I feel like they make good drinks, but the coffee itself is just eh. I have also had a few times where I’ve ordered decaf and definitely not gotten decaf… which is kind of frustrating cause if I do that it’s for a reason, I’m sadly one of those that can’t have caffeine past a certain point of the day but I really really enjoy coffee. That’s kind of my only gripe with this place, other wise i enjoy it here :)

10 stars for gluten free crepes and breakfast choices and their house roasted coffees. A quiet spot for a coffee and a book or a welcome break on a hectic day! Perfect music! 🌞🎶
