Summary- has potential for 5 star review: BEST Margarita/Ranch Water along the Grand Strand. So fresh, with lots of chopped fresh lime! Very different, in a good way- very worthwhile! The menu is quite different, with lots of interesting combinations of fresh food:) We were impressed to see that they have a few vegan and gluten free options, and they are always willing to answer questions about the menu and accommodate whenever they can. The food is fresh and good, and the chef has extensive experience; it's obvious. The pico de gallo is handmade by him, and it is DELICIOUS!!! Just be patient; there is a bit of a language barrier. I did have to ask multiple times for the same thing, however, I am not angry. I just want to be honest. We mentioned we were on a very tight schedule and they just couldn't understand. Instead of making our meal/drinks, the chef/server/bartender/manager went back to seven or so other tasks:(. We had to cancel our order:( He seems to run the entire show, while other staff don't do much. I just don't understand why. All of them are very pleasant and willing to please. This could be a really great review, the potential is there. Some tweaking is recommended, just so they can soar:)

The best gluten-free option in town - the chef came out and discussed menu options to make sure there was no contamination. Great food and service too!
