I went for a company meal with people with celiac disease and lactose intolerance with a closed menu, notifying them at the time of booking, they were charged the same as everyone else and they didn't change anything at all. They put croquettes and cheese and Dijon, the intolerant person should not eat cheese... but the croquettes couldn't eat either.
At dessert, when they asked for something different, the waiter replied, "I don't have any and if you want something, I'll eat fresh fruit." It's a shame that these days they don't adapt to the needs of the clientele. Change that for a salad and everything would have been solved!
