Traditional Parisian place, less decorated than other bouillons but just as elegant. Being willing to eat after 2:00 p.m. makes it possible to find a table without almost waiting in line (I imagine the same for dinners at 10:00 p.m.). It is also possible to reserve online. Very professional and friendly waiters. It took them a while to take our order but then the food arrived very quickly. Although they do not have a specific gluten-free menu, they have an online allergen menu. The prices are a fantasy, starters and desserts from €3, mains around €10. Two people ate with a starter each, a main each, a bottle of wine, a dessert and two coffees for €51.9. The demi jarret is highly recommended, the caramelized meat melted in your mouth and the floating ilê with praline is delicious
