Very happy to have finally found a bakery where the organic gluten-free bread is delicious, usually it's rather dense and a little bitter. The small spelled is also very good, as are the pastries and fougassettes. The manager is very friendly, as are the saleswomen. And small things are offered free of charge at the tasting I confirm!

Purchase this morning at the market of aigues mortes, olive fougasse, tapioca chestnut bread and various breads with the minimum of gluten, very good advice, very good bread and the fougasse as an excellent aperitif. Thanks to her for her good advice
