First time I've visited this bakery and it will be the last! Organic bread may be good but I won't be able to answer that because I only eat gluten-free... My usual bakery being closed, I naturally went to this one since it says gluten-free flour on the front. . I quietly wait for my turn and first bad point: the saleswoman serves the person behind me and does not react when I make a sign Second bad point: no politeness, no smile, etc. Third bad point: my rice flour bread was not cooked on the inside so it was sticky and overcooked on the outside...not pleasant to eat especially considering the price which is way too expensive for the quality of the product In summary: a disappointing experience

I have a question to ask the owners: are all your products gluten-free? I saw that on the sign it says that you use gluten-free flours. Thank you.
