Absolutely Heavenly! If you are gluten-free you understand how hard it is to find baked goods that have the texture and moisture level of regular baked goods. I seriously have no idea how they pull it off so well. An answer to our gluten-free prayers!

I can't say enough good things about this bakery. I tried many things and each was better than the next. I took home a sandwich - cookies - brownie - demo baguettes and the most delicious compound butter. I'm in heaven eating it all. It is worth every dollar.

By far the best sandwich I have ate in years! Its so hard to find a safe place to eat with celiac disease especially in our area. I was in California the last time I had a really good sandwich. The staff were friendly and helpful. The service was great. I highly recommend and i will definitely be back. My stepdaughter was surprised that gluten free could taste so good.
