I've been a Chambelland customer since 2012 (since I learned I have celiac disease) and I regularly pick up Too Good to Go baskets. I've arrived after 5 p.m. to pick them up several times because I finish work or classes at 5 p.m. and I've never had a problem. Yesterday (June 21st) I picked up two baskets for the Fête de la Musique. I arrived around 5:20 p.m. and the saleswoman (different from the usual one) refused to give them to me despite the fact that I showed her my order and that I've always validated all my collected baskets without exception!! 8 euros in the wind, non-refundable, even though I'm a student, I'm on a tight budget (hence the baskets), and I have celiac disease, which complicates my life, and the saleswoman makes no effort to understand the situation or put herself in my shoes. Rules are rules, of course. I should have arrived before 5 p.m. (although... with my schedule, it's impossible), but there are also circumstances to consider, and the saleswoman categorically refused. She could have told me she was happy for this time and not next time, and I would have understood, but she didn't and was completely closed to dialogue.
Why limit basket pickups to 5 p.m. when you're open until 7:30 p.m.??? I've never had a problem until today. This is clearly bad faith.
Extremely disappointing. I won't come back if I'm going to be humiliated like this and treated like a thief!
