My friend and I came here for dinner tonight. It is was an awful experience. The restaurant messed up my order (gluten makes me INCREDIBLY sick and there was gluten in my dish…) and then they told me that they would be charging me for it regardless. They did not offer to make it again correctly. They DID offer to wrap it up so that I could take it home!???? Make that make sense. I did not ultimately pay, but I had to stand my ground pretty firmly to make that clear. I was told that if it should happen again, I would be responsible for the bill. I’ve never had such a ridiculous experience in my life. I’m truly appalled. Additionally, my clams were extra fishy and not cleaned well. My friend’s dish was also incorrect…

Three of us for dinner. Oysters and crab cakes for appetizers. I am gluten free so no crab cake, but we had several types of oysters. Split a dozen of three different types and all were good. Friend stated crab cake was very good. Ordered the American red snapper special of the day with paella rice and shrimp. They were out of red snapper, so easily substituted Mahi Mahi. Dish was excellent. One friend had the seafood risotto, which I have ordered on a previous visit and always excellent. Other friend ordered fish tacos which is his normal go to dish and stated was excellent as always. A little lacking on the dessert menu, so enjoyed another glass of wine instead. A young lady was our server and she was outstanding. Very careful related to me having celiac and the need for gluten free items. Verified options with the Chef to ensure no contamination. Very attentive and personable. Will return soon.
