What a gem. The food was excellent. The service was attentive and outstanding. Not only am I a food snob, I am celiac and need careful food prep. I have other sensitivities as well. The chef adjusted my meal and whereas I often still feel affected by eating out, I absolutely feel great. This is THE fine dining spot to try when in Lethbridge. AND… they have a gluten and dairy free dessert… this means I have to come back. No more sorbet or fruit cup for me😍

The only place that truly is fine dining in Lethbridge. Accomodated my wife's and my gluten allergy. The octopus was so tender and balanced, duck confit was amazing and Panna cotta blew me away! We tried a few different cocktail/Mockstails and they were all great. In the end we got the feature of sousvide octopus salad as an appetizer. Butternut squash soup. Tuna and duck confit as mains. Panna cotta as a desert. As a guy that always orders an old fashioned anywhere he goes, having a build your own old fashioned made me so happy. I didn't know what to expect but this was amazing. I will be back to try the wild boar and frog legs. And if they get a gluten free bread I'd be all over the bone marrow. 6/5 stars easy. Support local!
