Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina

I had the pleasure of dining at Bourbon Steak Orange County back in June of 2022 for my Birthday during a vacation to California. This was the most amazing experience at a restaurant in my life. The food was excellent, the service was fantastic and it truly made you feel special. Sure it is pricy, but it is definitely a "you get what you pay for" type of deal. My wife is Gluten Free by choice, not allergy, and they were more than accommodating, pointing out specific dishes to steer clear of. I have mentioned this restaurant many many times since being back home. Joking even to fly back out to California solely for visiting this restaurant. If you are even at all hesitant about visiting Bourbon Steak, please don't hesitate and you will not regret it.

Nothing short of Immaculate! We went here to celebrate an 18th birthday and what an amazing evening. The customer service from every single team member, busser to manager was amazing. All employees were attentive, respectful, and out going! The food was exemplary with a capital E. For two; we ordered the King Crab, 3oz of Japanese Wagyu A5, gluten free bread and 8oz filets for each of us. Easily, and I do mean easily one of my favorite if not my new favorite restaurant. Thank you guys for making the evening awesome!
