Amazing Experience at Bow & Stern Brentwood Visited Bow & Stern in Brentwood on January 11, and we were blown away by the experience. The service from Maddy and Bonnie was exceptional—they were attentive, friendly, and made the evening so enjoyable. We tried several dishes, and everything was absolutely delicious. 1. Lobster Mac & Cheese: Rich, saucy, and indulgent—this was our favourite dish of the night. 2. Tomato Prawn Linguini: We opted for gluten-free pasta, and it was incredible! The texture was perfect, and you couldn’t even tell it was gluten-free. 3. Steak & Prawns with Chimichurri Sauce: The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, flavourful, and paired beautifully with the chimichurri. 4. Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos: A generous portion that's both large and filling, served with a side of crispy fries. 5. B&S Roll: So fresh and delicious—it’s a must-try for sushi lovers. Highly recommend this spot for the food, service, and overall experience. Can’t wait to come back!
