I had an incredible experience at Bowie!
The staff was friendly and considerate, especially regarding my gluten intolerance. The interior is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with cozy lighting. The drinks, including champagne and amaretto sours, were excellent.
We started with the jamon and the anchovies, then had short ribs with polenta and duck for the main course. The duck was fantastic, but the short ribs with polenta were irresistible – we even ordered them again! It felt like a home-cooked meal; it reminded me of my dad's cooking, making me incredibly happy.
My fiancé enjoyed the tarte tatin, describing it as delicious.
We can't wait to return to Bowie – it just became our new favorite.
