Boxcar Bar + Arcade

I didn't have any of the food, but my friends and girlfriend who are gluten free got one of the GF pizzas and raved about how good it is. They were super surprised being that this is not a pizzeria and were certainly not expecting the level of goodness at a bar arcade. The service was excellent. The bartenders were nice and kept it moving so wait times were short. The floor staff was really helpful and nice. We had a game where the coin slot got jammed, I reported it and was promptly given a handful of tokens and then he came over, fixed it and gave us 2 more handfuls of tokens. And was super cool about it the whole time. There's a good mix of newer and retro games from different eras 80s-2010's. Really nice selection of pinball games as well. Outside area is really nice for chilling out and having a nice conversation or eating. There's jenga, pingpong, cornhole and some other outdoor games as well as big screen TVs with the games on. There's plenty of seating outside and a nice chill atmosphere when you want a break from the arcade and loud music inside.

Our first experience here was a year ago and was great with delicious pizzas. Today, however, was NOT good. My gluten free pizza was obviously a frozen pizza they barely heated, my husband's pizza was undercooked, and my kid's pickle pizza was dripping so much olive oil that it was nearly inedible. Not sure if it was an off day or what but I am not sure we want to try again. Which is really sad after our great first time. As far as atmosphere, it's way too loud inside.
