Bramble

Recently ate at bramble and almost everything on the menu is gluten free or can be modified to accommodate at a celiac safe level. The duck was delicious and we also got some of the gluten free pizzas that are made in a separate oven. The pizza was so delicious and even great when eating leftover the next day.

Yum! Recommended by a local and yep, one of our new favorite Vermont restaurants. Booked for our anniversary and they greeted us with a "happy anniversary" then offered a complimentary glass of champagne. All around fabulous experience. Great atmosphere and vibe. Super friendly, attentive staff. Interesting, flavorful cocktails as well as standards, great basic gin martini. We got oysters, pizza, and fried chicken. All very tasty. Fried chicken is highly recommended. Plus they have a lot of veggie/gluten free options. So much of the menu we wanted to try. They included a happy anniversary card in te bill. Some might find that a ploy to get more $ but i appreciate the personal interaction and find it charming. We got two desserts. Enough said. For a more upscale but not fancy time come here. We'll be back.
