A wonderful addition to the Vermont dining scene. Bramble has a Vermont rustic, homey atmosphere and the menu is an inventive twist on comfort food. The duck confit was the best we've ever had and was fall off the bone was succulent. The rabbit and chicken were incredible. We had attentive service by Brian and he was wonderful at making sure my celiac was accommodated. We are definitely going to add this to our restaurant rotation.

Recently ate at bramble and almost everything on the menu is gluten free or can be modified to accommodate at a celiac safe level. The duck was delicious and we also got some of the gluten free pizzas that are made in a separate oven. The pizza was so delicious and even great when eating leftover the next day.
