I am gluten intolerant and I can eat all their baked goods with no problem. They are not technically gluten free but they are ancient grains which many gf people can eat (though obviously eat at your own risk). If you want to have that delicious, soft, non-crumbly bread experience again that gf can never achieve, then give this a try!

Family run business providing delicious breads, pastries and cookies. The Chocolate Spelt cookies taste incredible, but you've got to be there when they're put out because they sell quickly. Their Morning Buns are fluffy, sweet and also a fast selling item. The sourdough loaf is a great tasting bread for those who are sensitive to gluten.
