Visited for lunch recently and my three friends and I were very pleased.
Our server, Joan, honoured our request to switch to an indoor table to stay cool despite my having reserved a spot on the patio. (We visited during the sweltering heat.)
She was also very patient and attentive, communicating our various food allergies and sensitivities to the kitchen and patiently answering our questions.
Preston, one of the cooks, even came to our table to indicate he could make something not on the menu, given that one in our party cannot have lemon, dairy or gluten.
The ratatouille, calamari, and salade landaise were all very tasty. The apple pie, although more in the Dutch style (pastry OVER fruit rather that fruit in pastry crust) was also very good. The crème brûlée was a touch saltier than one might expect, but overall, we were delighted with both the wonderful food and lovely service. Would gladly recommend.
