I needed a gluten free birthday cake and had specific request of a lemon cake with chocolate icing. I was referred to Kiara and Braun catering. Kiara is so fantastic! She was on the phone with me immediately to review what I was thinking and had some great suggestions that made it even better. The cake turned out beautifully! We thoroughly enjoyed it, and those that don’t have dietary restrictions also loved the chocolate mini cupcakes! Sooo yummy! I couldn’t recommend Kiara more and I’m looking forward to an opportunity to use her full catering services.

Where to begin. Kiara is a baking genius! I have a ton of food allergies. She went above and beyond to accommodate each and every request. Like any bride I constantly second guessed my decisions. She was patient and incredibly kind. Her communication was so patient. She listened and delivered. I had the most beautiful gluten free cake ever. I decided on non GF cupcakes for guests who don’t have food allergies... but guess what?!! MY GUESTS LOVED THE GLUTEN FREE CAKE!! Not one person even asked if it was GF. Not one. I had guests going back for seconds! The true sign of a gifted baker ?!! Make a GF cake not taste like s*#! She delivered. It was absolutely incredible!! Do NOT hesitate to book Kiara for your next event!! Incredibly professional and accommodating ... will definitely use her again! Just WOW!!!
