About a month ago I ordered delivery for my family & I, pizza for them & a salad for myself. On the call I specifically stated no croutons & no bread because I have celiac disease. Food was delivered, I opened up my salad container & there was the bread I asked them to remove. I thought no big deal, I'll just eat the portion of the salad that didn't touch the bread. Then I noticed what I thought was seasoning, when it was actually chunks of croutons that had been put on the salad & then removed. My husband called & told them what had happened so they told him they would give us a credit for the price of the salad ($16). Fast forward to last night, we ordered the same thing. Pizza for the family & a salad for me, & again I emphasized no croutons & no bread. I also let the girl on the phone know that there should be a credit on file for us & she said she saw it & would deduct that cost from our bill. Great. Food gets delivered, I open the container with my salad & there are so many croutons on my salad you can hardly see the dang lettuce. I grabbed the receipt & not only did it just say "no bread", the credit they gave us was only $5. No, I didn't call to complain because at this point I don't want a credit, they just won't have my business anymore. Very disappointed.
