We’ve been at Brazen a ton of times however each time we unfortunately feel like it’s declining. I’m gluten free and ordered my burger with a GF bun and no sauce and it came with a regular bun and sauce and I asked are you sure this is a GF bun? And she said yes but let me double check anyway. Came back with a gluten free bun on the same burger (cross contamination). Appetizer and sides were cold. We love the atmosphere but the food isn’t great anymore.

The atmosphere is awesome and our server, Brittany was incredible! Unfortunately , I ordered a gluten free pizza and it accidentally came with breaded chicken fingers on it, which I can’t eat. No big deal at all until the manager, Michelle, was very rude and nasty when I said I no longer wanted the pizza since I can’t eat it due to an allergy. She told me I should have “read the menu more carefully” and rolled her eyes at me. 😆 So very unprofessional.
