Honestly, if you serve me a "skinny" mimosa and it is just straight up 12oz of champagne... and then you have an entire gluten-free menu, you'll have me as a customer for life. Our son just began at WSU and we tried out the Breakfast Club based on reviews. It did not disappoint. We had less than a 10 minute wait on Move In Weekend for WSU, great food and the gluten-free person and the vegetarian person at our table had great options. My husband loved the iced mocha. My daughter was obsessed with the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. My GF breakfast sandwich was delish. We will definitely be back!
