Had the Jurassic Eggs Benedict - first time seeing GF Hollandaise sauce since diagnosis! Added avocado and it was amazing. Dedicated fryer for the potatoes; I upgraded them and they were phenomenal. Many GF options, felt safe as a celiac. GF toast but ask them to toast it in a clean grill.
