Breakfast Republic

Our server Joe was so sweet, funny, and knowledgeable about the menu! He was very attentive and enthusiastic, making sure we had a great experience. The gluten free cinnamon raisin french toast was good, I’m glad my server recommended it as I don’t find gluten free french toast that often! My friend got strawberry cheesecake pancakes which were great as well.

I get why people come here - energetic atmosphere, good music. You want to like it because the vibe is inviting but at the end of the day it’s just kind of a mediocre experience. Quality of our food was really subpar from gray looking steak and eggs (obviously egg beaters) to the cold breakfast potatoes. I got the eggs Benedict on gf toast and the Hollandaise tasted like they dumped sugar in it, toast seemed hard and stale. I asked the serve if it was supposed to be sweet and she said no…said she would check w the kitchen and never gave an answer as to whether there was an issue or not. I appreciate that they have so many gluten free options as a gluten intolerant person but the dining experience gave me the ick and I likely won’t be back.

Family friendly place with pretty large portions. The service was nice and we sat outside. Feels a little worn down but it’s a staple so it makes sense. Food was great. Good gluten free / vegan / keto options as well
