Very good service, smiling, clear and professional, and good cakes! The dough is really excellent, even if the combinations are not completely mastered (the espelette pepper is not at all marked for example, and certain elements take over others). The presentation is top notch, and the sweet crepes are good (you can ask for a pancake so that the dessert is also gluten-free!). The yuzu/orange flambéed with Grand Marnier was tasty, but only the orange showed through with a tiny hint of yuzu (even though it costs more than €14! The price is quite frightening, unlike the pancakes which are more accessible).
