Brenta Meats Suppliers

I have been looking for a traditional style butcher since I moved to the northern suburbs and am grateful I have found Brenta Meats. They are an old fashioned Italian butcher and have really lovely staff that are willing to do special orders/help their customers out. The store reminded me of when I was in Italy with their deli meats and antipasto selection and that they cut your meat off the hunk of the animal, rather than pre-sliced cuts. The sausages are all homemade and gluten free and the owner said the meats are all free-range and grass fed. This makes this butcher not only ethical, but with less plastic touching the meats it is also better for your health and the environment. I will be recommending Brenta Meats to my friends and family and am looking forward to coming back to my new local butcher.
