Very good food with an excellent gluten-free menu, but the service could be better.
The waitress got upset when I asked for a pitcher or glass of water, which is something they should provide in Madrid. Then they just serve, not serve the customer.

At first, Gaby, the waitress, seemed unpleasant and we felt uncomfortable, but then the delicious gluten-free food—Athens salad and rigatoni with pistachio and citrus pesto—changed everything: she was very pleasant, and we ate wonderfully. We highly recommend it.
