They seemed to know what was gluten free (beans, and all the meats except sausage which is not uncommon), the brisket was good. The no-mayo cole slaw was ok, and since I know someone allergic to eggs and soy, a welcome addition to the safe menu options. Staff was very friendly and sociable. No complaints. I didn't get to try the beans since I am currently eating low carb but will be sure to do so next time.
