Very well-kept hotel in a prime location directly on Drosselgasse. Still quiet location. There are sufficient parking spaces in a separate courtyard. But they are a bit cramped. Rooms are big enough, bright and friendly and very clean. In contrast to the rustic atmosphere, the rooms are modernly furnished. Beautiful courtyard. Ideal for eating, drinking wine or dancing to live music. The menu isn't particularly large but the selection is good. Something for every taste. The food is very good and also plentiful. The wine list, on the other hand, offers a variety of excellent wines and rarities at reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The only drawback was the service at dinner. That just took far too long. Waiting over 25 minutes for drinks is just too much. The attention wasn't that good either. The breakfast is good and plentiful. A little bit of everything, including gluten and lactose free. Scrambled eggs and fried eggs or omelettes are freshly prepared to order. All in all, highly recommended. We'd love to come back.
