Vegetarian burger was not available, only told when trying to order.
Drinks took far too long to arrive, gluten free menu was given to one of our group as she is gluten free , she asked for a pudding on there which was bakewell tart & the server told her it was not on his machine!?
After a long conversation I had to suggest the server go & check with the kitchen .
Honestly you need to give better training to your staff on how to provide customer service. Disappointing & would avoid

We had a staff lunch so decided to come here and try the new menu. The food was nice, however wasn't particularly hot. I was disappointed that i asked to add some salad into a sandwich and was told no! It was however good that they could provide my colleague with a gluten free menu when we asked. Also we all agreed the 10% service changed added on was a little sneaky, this is not very well advertised and tipping should be optional.
