If you are gluten free and order through GrubHub beware. I ordered a GF pizza and it was delivered. I checked my receipt and my pizza was labeled gluten free. I ate 2 slices and I noticed that the crust was different—more chewy than normal. Uh-oh, right? I called the restaurant and the manager told me that the pizza was not gluten free and that they were out of the gluten free crust for 2 weeks. OH NO! I cannot eat gluten for medical reasons. They really didn’t care. Sure, I didn’t get charged but I got screwed over because (1) I will get sick, and (2) my family is eating pizza while I cannot. I am frustrated because I checked the receipt to be SURE. I feel like I just got punked. Not cool!
Now this usually doesn’t happen at this place and their GF pizza is really good. It just a warning to be really careful because they are not necessarily looking out for you.
