Brick's Woodfired Pizza Co.

I have been trying to find a good GF pizza, and the consistency and texture was amazing but the taste was off. I could tell it was gluten free. Had a weird aftertaste like baking powder (same thing happened to me when I made GF bagels) The bottom of the pizza was covered in flour which I think contributed. The service was fantastic and the workers are soooo nice, nothing against this place! I was just a little disappointed in the taste.

Terrific Neapolitan style pizza!!! The gluten free crust was also the best I have ever had, it was so good that I was terrified I had just eaten gluten, but I felt absolutely fine afterwards. (Intolerant not Celiac.) The lady that made our pizzas was nice and although she was by herself she had the pizzas done in a reasonable amount of time. Will be back for sure! Would love a location with a seating area!
