We went to Niagara Falls for the weekend and were on our way back home when we decided that we wanted to see if we could get "New York Pizza" in Buffalo. We don't have NY pizza where we live so it was something we were hoping to do before we passed the NY border. Brick Oven Bistro hands down has some of the best pizza we have EVER had. Also, I am gluten free so I had a separate pizza apart from my family. It's also so hard to find gf food at restaurants, let alone some that taste really good. Again, hands down the BEST pizza I've ever had since learning about my gluten allergy. This will be a great memory to end our trip and if we ever drive back this way, we agreed that we will definitely stop by again. Photo: GF Margherita Pizza

If 0 stars were an option, I would choose that. The staff did not take my gluten allergy seriously, and when I started having an allergic reaction, they brushed off the severity and only offered to make me another pizza. I have reached out to them, but they have yet to attempt to reach back out to me with any form of apology. Horrible behavior and service.
