I ordered the gluten-free elk bolognese and found a noodle under the butter on top, which is only a problem because I have a severe allergy. Our server was attentive and kind about getting a new plate made. Considering this is an upscale dining experience, I expected better.

Shelby was extremely helpful and so sweet. The food was absolutely fantastic. There were No issues or confusion with celiac safety and options. Definitely plan to come back to ouray with our kiddos and eat here again. Highly recommended!!
