My wife and I stopped in Lethbridge while travelling home from B.C. and had 2 meals at Brickstone. Both meals were excellent and the service was great. As a Celiac I was extremely impressed with the options available. The kitchen even made a gluten-free gravy for my meal.
We will definitely be back the next time we are in Lethbridge.
