This was our first time at Briks so my wife had questions about the Gluten free crust. She has food allergies and the young man was very knowledgeable about the menu and answered all of her questions. Service and food were both outstanding, as well as the bathrooms. We were on a Jeep trip and this was not only our lunch stop but our bathroom break as well. More than happy with our entire experience here! Don’t miss this place if you are in the Mahomet area.
