Food was amazing, but the star of the night was my excellent waitress, Kat! So surprised I could talk to a server about Silent Hill. Down to earth and sweet. Gluten free pasta was gone in minutes😋

I ordered a gluten free pasta dish. Pasta Brioche. Chicken, spinach and red peppers in vodka sauce. The sauce and vegetables were very good. The chicken was tough and had no flavor (not prepared on sight). The gluten free rigatoni was discussing totally an inferior GF pasta. For the price (reasonable for good food) I was disappointed. The restaurant needs to step up the level of ingredients they are using.

John and Ida served us tonight. Both are excellent at customer service and helped us tremendously. My wife has a gluten allergy and we were very happy with the food selection and service. Ida and John should be commended for outstanding service and integrity. We had pasta and steak medallions, plus a split salad and drinks. Everything was great. This is our 8th trip over the years to this Brio and we are very happy with it! I hope Brio gives Ida and John, and their support staff, the recognition they deserve for excellent customer service and quality food.
