On 8/18/25, our server, Barris H, was wonderful. He was especially helpful in explaining the gluten friendly menu options. He was very informative and enjoyable to speak with. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Brio at Polaris.

Tylin had the absolute best service!!
We had the brio chopped salad, gluten free pasta brio, and grilled chicken masala—all tasted great.
